In the bowl of a stand mixer combine the ricotta cheese and the sugar. Paddle on medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the vanilla bean marinade.
Pipe the Sweet Cannoli Filling into the shells until full. Garnish with mini chocolate shavings, dust with Artic Snow.
