In a bowl, combine the Alaska-Express Chocolate with the water. Fold in the whipped cream in two parts.
Assembly
Fill each of the chocolate cups about one fourth of the way with the white chocolate dessert sauce. Then sprinkle a layer of the dark chocolate covered croquants. Pipe the Chocolate Mousse to the top of the cups and garnish with two mikados.
