Fill with any sweet or savory option, or hot or cold fillings. Use anything from mousses and custards, foams to soups, any tartare; even beverages. Natural Egg shells can also be baked, poached and frozen. Best baking temperature: 212-266ºF (100-130ºC) with dry heat or heat and steam. Use as a vessel for any amuse bouche, hors d’oeuvres, or appetizer.
