Neutral taste and color with a slight hint of apricot color and flavor. Simply mix 1 part powder, 4 parts sugar, and 10 parts water (or other liquid). Bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Apply to fresh fruit desserts, danish, or cakes. Can be used with a gel spraying machine.
