Combine the pastry cream mix and milk together in the bowl of a stand mixer. Paddle together on high speed for 3 to 5 minutes.

Pipe the Pastry Cream Filling into each tartlet and decorate with desired fruit. Meanwhile, bring the apricoture to a boil in a saucepan or in the microwave and brush the fruit while it is still warm.
