Preparation:
- Using a whip attachment, blend the cake mix, eggs, and water on low speed until blended.
- Scrape the bowl; add milk and mix on medium high speed for 4 minutes.
- Blend in melted butter.
- Pour into prepared pans; cake batter will be very liquid (for easy handling line pans with parchment).
- For full size cakes, bake at 325°F/162°C for 30 to 40 minutes or until set in center.
- For cupcakes, bake at 350°F/176°C for 18 to 25 minutes or until set in center.
