Ingredients: Unrefined Cane Sugar, Cassava Flour ,Cocoa Powder Processed w/Alkali, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Baking Soda, Aluminum-Free Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium, Bicarbonate, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Coffee, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum
Preparation:
  1. Using a whip attachment, blend the cake mix, eggs, and water on low speed until blended.
  2. Scrape the bowl; add milk and mix on medium high speed for 4 minutes.
  3. Blend in melted butter.
  4. Pour into prepared pans; cake batter will be very liquid (for easy handling line pans with parchment).
  5. For full size cakes, bake at 325°F/162°C for 30 to 40 minutes or until set in center.
  6. For cupcakes, bake at 350°F/176°C for 18 to 25 minutes or until set in center.
