Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Brownies

Yield: 1 half sheet pan (18in x 13in/46cm x 33cm)

Combine the gluten-free mix and the eggs together in the bowl of a stand mixer. Using the paddle attachment, mix at low speed for 1 minute. Scrape the bowl down and add the softened butter and vanilla marinade. Continue to mix on medium speed until smooth. Fold in the peanut butter and couverture cubes. Spread the batter on to a half sheet pan lined with greased parchment paper. Bake at 325ºF/ 162ºC for 25-30 minutes or as desired. Allow to cool completely.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Icing
Braun Schokobella Chocolate Ganache Filling (633202)*

14.1oz (400g)
Butter, Softened

1.4oz (40g)
Peanut Butter
1.4oz (40g)


Combine all ingredients together in the bowl of a stand mixer. Paddle together until smooth.

Assembly

Spread an even layer of the Peanut Butter Icing on top of the Peanut Butter Brownie and cut in to desired shape.
