Melt the product at a temperature not exceeding 105ºF/40ºC. Apply with a brush. Alternatively, for surface decoration, spread the melted product on a cold surface; let it cool down and spread on top of decoration medium; let it set in the refrigerator

Use for spraying directly on chocolate, into chocolate mold or on any other desserts
