Ingredients:
Sorbitol, water, potassium and sodium di phosphate.

Preparation:
Use 3/4 oz (21 g) per gal (3.8 l) of heavy cream; add 0.4 oz (12 g) to 1/2 gal (2 l) of liquid heavy cream (1-1.5%); if using a whipped cream dispenser, add only 1/2 oz (8 g) to 1 gal (2 l) of liquid cream

Application:
For stabilizing whipped cream, or any cream with at least 30% fat content

Advantages:
Flavorless; colorless; bottle’s cap serves also as a measuring cup; refrigerated whipped cream will be stabilized for 24-36 hours
