Preparation:
Melt the product at a temperature not to exceed 105°F/40°C; apply with a brush. Alternatively, for surface decoration, spread the melted product on a cold surface, let it cool down and spread the medium to be decorated on top of it. Let it set in the refrigerator. Maximum dosage: 6.25% weight of final product.
Application:
Use for spraying directly on chocolate, into chocolate mold or on any other desserts with natural hue of color.
