1Strawberry Meringue

2Peach Panna Cotta

  1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Dispense into desired vessel.

3Almond Streusel

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar together. Sieve the flour and add to the mixture along with the almond flour. Stir until barely combined and the mixture looks like large, coarse crumbs. Place in refrigerator until cold (approximately 1 hour), and then bake at 350ºF until golden brown.

4Raspberry Custard

  1. Prepare Simple Syrup: Combine 1.24 oz water and 1.24 oz sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Blend all ingredients together with a stick blender until you get a creamy and shiny texture.
