To assemble pipe the Mango Pastry Cream into the eclairs. Dip the tops into the melted Mangonosa, allow to set slightly, add coconut flakes then décor as desired.

In stand mixer combine the mix and milk, whip for 5 minutes. Fold in the melted Mangonosa.
