- Melt the coating glaze to make it fluid. Dip the shortbread cookies half way in and remove the excess. Place on the transfer sheets and allow to set. Do the same with the strawberries. Place in the refrigerator for a few minutes to allow the transfer to completely adhere.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F/162°C . Cream the butter and sugar. Add the salt and flour. Fold in the Vanilla Paste. Refrigerate until chilled. Roll out to desired thickness and cut to desired size. Bake until just done, not golden (approximately 9 min.)
