Luis currently serves as a pastry chef instructor and program chair at Lake Michigan Education Center in St. Joseph, MI and chocolatier/owner of Luis Amado Chocolateria Artisanal LLC. His previous experience includes culinary instructor roles for the Culinary Institute of Michigan.
