Melt the caramel paste in the microwave for 20 seconds and stir in the salt until dissolved. Allow to cool completely.

Chocolate Mousse
Zurimix Dark Chocolate Mousse, 1-Step (504107)

3.5oz (100g)
Milk

5.3oz (150g)

In the bowl if a stand mixer, combine the dark chocolate mousse mix and milk with a whisk attachment. Whip on high speed for 3 to 5 minutes.

Pipe the Salted Caramel on the bottom of each tartlet, and then pipe the Chocolate Mousse on top using an open round tip. Garnish with a caramel decoration or as desired.
