Heavy Cream, Whipped | 17.6oz (500g) | |
Combine neutral mousse mix, water and hazelnut paste in the bowl of a stand mixer and whip on medium-high with whisk attachment for 3 to 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Pipe in to desired vessels half way up and place in refrigerator to set.
Dark Chocolate Mousse

Combine Zürimix and water in the bowl of a stand mixer and whip on medium-high with whisk attachment for 3 to 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Pipe on top of hazelnut mousse to rim of vessel and place in refrigerator to set.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Mix until fully incorporated.
Assembly

Spoon the Hazelnut Powder on top of mousse. Place hazelnuts on top and decorate as desired.
