Uncured ham (no nitrates or nitrites added except for naturally occurring nitrites in sea salt), pork, water, sea salt, turbinado sugar, celery powder. Emmentaler cheese: part skim milk, salt, enzymes, cheese cultures.

Preparation:
Convection Oven: 365-375°F for 20-25 minutes
Desk Oven: 400-410° for 30-35 minutes
