AUI Art Studio provides you with a wide range of options to finish desserts with customized chocolate pieces in dark or white chocolate, or let your brand shine with custom transfer sheets. The process is simple: just fill out a consultation form, provide artwork and we will take care of the rest!

Chocolate Décor Consultation Form
Send completed consultation forms and your artwork to your AUI sales representative (see below for image requirements). You will receive an AUI Authorization Form that includes a proof and other important information about your order (estimated delivery date, pricing, etc.). Once approved, your order will be processed. Completed orders are delivered within 48 hours.
- RUSH orders are processed and delivered within seven to ten (7-10) business days of signed and dated AUI Authorization Form
- STANDARD orders are processed and delivered within 15-20 business days of signed and dated AUI Authorization Form
Be sure to provide VECTOR FILES ONLY (EPS, AI). File types NOT accepted: jpeg, png, gif. When zoomed in, vector files do not get pixelated, thus we can ensure that your final product will turn out just the way you want it! See example below:
All of custom projects have a permanent artwork and they will be stored in our database. Previous projects ordered with temporary artwork will be converted to permanent artwork.
OTHER QUICK TIPS
- STORAGE: All products are chocolate or cocoa butter based. AUI Art Studio recommends to store product in a cool, dry space between 65°-68°F (18°-20°C). For easier unmolding of chocolate décor, refrigerate product for fifteen (15) minutes and gently unmold chocolate pieces.
- SHIPPING: AUI confirms delivery in 48 hours for most cases. Depending on geographical location, AUI Art Studio can accommodate a 24 hour delivery. Overnight deliveries cannot be made.
- INVOICING: Invoices are solely distributed via email. Ensure you have a valid email address. No invoices will be sent with packing slips in shipping documents.
