Six top chocolatiers and pastry artists from across the country will come together for a live competition that will test their skills in the confectionary arts. These six finalists will have already proven themselves to our panel of esteemed judges with their submissions of bon bon recipes and finished product for tasting. Once they arrive at the AUI headquarters near Washington, D.C., they will have two days to display their skill and artistry with chocolate while preparing a grand buffet of chocolates and confections. Competitors will be evaluated by the panel of judges on their creativity, technique, workmanship, and overall quality of their finished products.
