In a bowl combine the almonds with the Florentine Mix and spoon, 11g in to each cavity of the Silikomart Flexi Florentins (591005).  Bake at 375ºF/190 ºC for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.  Allow to cool completely.

Melt the hazelnut gianduja and pipe 15g onto one side of a cookie then, sandwich them together. Scrape excess gianduja from sides. Place in the refrigerator until set.
