In a pot combine the mix, milk and orange zest and bring to a rolling boil for 1 to 2 minutes, while continuously stirring.

Pipe 1oz/28g of caramel sauce into desired ramekins. Dispense 5.5oz /155g of the Orange Flan into each ramekin and refrigerate until set. Once set, invert on to a serving dish and top with orange zest and white chocolate mikado.
