Alina serves as Executive Pastry Chef at Washington State Convention Center in Seattle. She has previously held pastry roles at Snoqualmie Casino and Lisa Dupar Catering.
Alina’s favorite confection to make? “Have been obsessing over pate de fruits the last couple of months,” says Alina. “Trying to figure out how to reduce sweetness without losing the texture.”
Alina’s favorite confection to eat? “Anything chocolate. The more the better.”
