Heart-shaped macaron duo of a crispy chocolate shell filled with rich bittersweet ganache and a rosy shell filled with fresh raspberry jam filling.

Chocolate - Light, crispy heart-shaped chocolate shell filled with a rich bittersweet chocolate ganache. 

Raspberry - A light, fresh jam filling with real raspberry seeds sandwiched between a heart-shaped rosy, soft shell.

Ingredients: Shell: powdered sugar, almond powder, egg white, sugar, cocoa powder, thickener: xanthan gum, coloring agents: FD&C yellow n°5, FD&C red n°40, FD&C blue n°1, carmine. Filling: chocolate ganache (dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), cream, invert sugar), raspberry jam (raspberry, sugar, pectin).
