Sugar		7oz (200g)
Frutta Prima Vanilla Bean Marinade (069001)		0.5oz (14g)
Cinnamon		0.07oz (2g)

the bowl of a stand mixer combine the ricotta cheese and the sugar. Paddle on medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the vanilla bean marinade and cinnamon.
