Ingredients: Sugar, dextrose, modified tapioca starch, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, natural and artificial flavors, salt, mono and diglycerides, fully refined soybean oil (anti-dusting agent), artificial flavor. Preparation: 1. Combine entire bag (1.08 lb) with 1/2 gallon whipping cream in bowl.
2. Whip on low 1 minute, then scrape down sides of the bowl.
3. Whip on medium until peaks form.
4. Chill 1-2 hours before serving.
Application: Excellent for parfaits, mousses, cream puffs, pies and fillings of all kinds.
