Lemon yuzu macaroon:
Shell: powdered sugar, almond powder, egg white, sugar, xanthan gum (thickener), riboflavin phosphate and FD&C blue n°1 (color) Filling: butter, yuzu juice, sugar, water, egg yolk, corn starch and flavor (custard powder), annatto and riboflavin (color), glucose.

Banana guava macaroon:
Shell: powdered sugar, almond powder, egg white, sugar, xanthan gum (thickener), carmine and riboflavin phosphate (color). Filling: banana puree, sugar, invert sugar, ascorbic acid antioxidant), citric acid (acidifier) (sweet banana puree) sugar, guava and invert sugar syrup (sweet banana puree), butter, water, corn starch and flavor (custard powder), annatto and riboflavin (color), egg yolk, pectin, glucose.

Lychee macaroon:
Shell: powdered sugar, almond powder, egg white, sugar, xanthan gum (thickener), carmine and anthocyanins (grape color extract), FD&C blue n°1 (color). Filling: lychee puree and sugar (sweet lychee puree), butter, sugar, water, egg yolk, corn starch and flavor (custard powder), annatto and riboflavin (color), glucose.

Mango macaroon:
Shell: powdered sugar, almond powder, egg white, sugar, xanthan gum (thickener), carmine and riboflavin phosphate (color). Filling: mango puree and sugar (sweet mango puree), sugar, butter, water, egg yolk, corn starch and flavor (custard powder), annatto and riboflavin (color), pectin, lemon juice with pulp and sugar (sweet lemon puree), glucose, flavor.

Blood orange macaroon:
Shell: powdered sugar, almond powder, egg white, sugar, xanthan gum (thickener), FD&C red n°40 (color) Filling: butter, blood orange juice and pulp, sugar (sweet blood orange puree), sugar, water, egg yolk, corn starch and flavor (custard powder), annatto and riboflavin (color), glucose, flavor.

Pineapple and coconut macaroon:
Shell: powdered sugar, almond powder, egg white, sugar, xanthan gum (thickener), riboflavin phosphate (color), grated coconut (décor). Filling: pineapple puree and sugar (sweet pineapple puree), coconut puree and sugar (sweet coconut puree), butter, sugar, water, corn starch and flavor (custard powder), annatto and riboflavin (color), egg yolk, glucose.

Preparation:
Remove product from its packaging before thawing; thaw for 5 hours in the refrigerator; use within 48 hours
