Ingredients:
Sugar, Modified Corn Starch (Acetylated Distarch Adipate), Gelling Agent (Carrageenan), Natural Coloring (ß-Caroten, Riboflavin), Thickener (Locust Bean Gum), Acidity Regulator (Potassium Phosphates)

Preparation:
  1. Bring milk and cream to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add Braun and bring back to a boil for 1 minute.
  3. Pour mixture into container of choice and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Directly before serving, sprinkle with sugar and caramelize with a torch.
Application:
To produce the typical Crème Brûlée and its variations, e.g. with ginger, coconut milk etc.
